"New Delhi: In a shocking incident in Punjab’s Bhatinda city, a 22-year-old pregnant dancer, Kulwinder, was shot dead at a wedding after she refused to dance with the alleged shooter. Kulwinder was part of the dance troupe performing at the wedding. The incident was caught on camera as the shooter from the crowd aimed at Kulwinder. The bullet hit her in the chest and she died on the spot. National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Lalitha Kumaramangalam told CNN-News18 strict action would be taken against the accused.
