A husband has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after his wife was killed when a car plunged down a steep hillside and landed in a reservoir. The man had claimed he exited the vehicle to take a keepsake photo from a beauty spot moments before it rolled down the hill. He told police he thought his wife had also got out before the Land Rover Discovery plummeted 50ft from a road and became partially submerged in the water. But investigators in Spain have now arrested him for manslaughter following an investigation.
