After a few minutes, add in the diced peppers and onions and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through • when the chicken is cooked, move it all to a bowl in the empty pan, slice and toast the ciabattas and set aside once toasted • dice the halloumi into small chunks and add to the now empty pan and keep moving around to cook • when everything is cooked, serve on the toasted ciabatta and top with the nandos perinase
